Way2Trade B.V. processes data from members, interested parties, suppliers, partners, applicants and employees. Personal data can be part of this. Examples include keeping membership records, collecting contributions, sending industry-related information to members and / or interested parties, publishing information about those involved and activities of the association on its own website, performing an audit, other activities of internal management, handling complaints, keeping the data up to date, organizing (network) meetings and any other activities. Participants in a (network) meeting can be photographed, the photos taken are used with integrity in the follow-up process for reporting on the event and are possibly published. If you do not wish to be registered, this must be reported to the photographer and / or Way2Trade.

In addition, some personal data can be processed by Way2Trade on the basis of a legal obligation.

Personal data will not be passed on to third parties, unless permission has been obtained, transfer is necessary in the context of the performance of an agreement, or is necessary on the basis of a legal obligation.

Way2Trade never passes on personal data to third parties with whom no processor agreement has been concluded. Way2trade makes agreements about the security of your personal data in such processor agreements.
When you receive e-mails from us, we record your interactions, with the aim of aligning the content of our communication with what we think is relevant to you.
Way2Trade processes the following personal data (if known) for the above purposes: gender, surname, first name, initial (s), telephone number (s), e-mail, passport photo, position and organization. We may also collect feedback, comments and questions that we have received through service-related communications and activities such as meetings, (telephone) conversations, documents, emails.

Retention of data
Way2Trade stores personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing. If the membership, collaboration or subscription is terminated, the personal data will be deleted no later than five years after termination.

Rights of data subjects
Way2Trade regularly sends (digital) newsletters and news messages to the persons whose data they process. This always includes a possibility to unsubscribe. In addition, a request for deregistration can also be addressed to the Office Management of Way2Trade (contact@way2trade.nl).

Data subjects can request an overview of the personal data that Way2trade processes about them. If, after inspection, it appears that the relevant data is incorrect or incomplete, or is not being processed lawfully, data subjects can submit a request for modification, blocking or deletion of this data.
